PAYMENT POLICIES AND TERMS OF SERVICE
When a deposit is received by Austin Wedding Hair & Makeup you are stating that you are aware of these Terms stated below and agree to observe them.
NOTE; A copy of these terms can be sent to you, dated and signed upon request to serve as your contract.
Deposit secures your date ~
A $100.00 deposit is required to be paid per vendor working with your party to reserve the wedding date. This deposit will be used towards the balance of your wedding day services and/or towards canceled wedding day services.
Please know once we confirm your deposit, we reserve your date, the time needed and or requested to render your services and the pricing quoted. Your deposit is non-refundable should you need to cancel the entire reservation any time once it is paid. If you want to change the amount of requested services, you may do so without issue before 30 days of the event. If you cancel a service or services within 30 days please read our ” Cancellation Policies”: below.
PAYMENT POLICIES ON THE DAY OF:
ALL BALANCES ARE DUE UPON COMPLETION OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE DATE.OF SERVICES WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE TO PREPAY THE SERVICES UPON REQUEST IF ALL SERVICE AREA REQUESTS ARE FOREKNOWN.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
WE ONLY ACCEPT VENMO, CHECKS OR CASH ON THE DAY OF, UNLESS OTHERWISE CONFIRMED BY CELESTE ALTER.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS FROM ANYONE OTHER THAN THE BRIDE OR PERSON REPRESENTING THE PARTY. THEREFORE, PLEASE COLLECT THE TOTAL BALANCE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE FROM YOUR PARTY AND HAVE YOUR PARTY BE PREPARED TO PAY CASH FOR THEIR SERVICES OR PAY THE BRIDE/REPRESENTATIVE. THAT PERSON WILL THEN ADD THOSE SERVICE FEES TO THEIR CHECK , VENMO OR CASH PAID TO CELESTE ALTER OR TO THE VENDOR WORKING YOUR PARTY. OF COURSE CASH MAKES THIS EASIER FOR ALL.
PARKING FEES SUCH AS VALET OR GARAGE PARKING THAT ARE NEEDED WILL BE INCLUDED TO YOUR BILL ON THE DATE OF SERVICE.
CHANGE OF SERVICE REQUEST;
If you need to change the headcount for requested services please inform us in writing asap.
Adding to your party is is usually fine if confirmed by us and the needed time is available.
LOCATION OR TIME CHANGES;
Any changes in arrangements, location or event time and date must be made in writing and received by Austin Wedding Hair (AWH) at least fourteen (14) days in advance of any event. AWH does not warrant or guarantee that it will be able to accommodate any changes in arrangements, location or event time and date. AWH will use its best efforts to try to accommodate any changes. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that purchaser will pay in full for any additional changes at the time the changes are made and it is not refundable. (Extra onsite fees may apply for extended distances or added locations)
Cancellations of Services after booking.:
We know that changes happen within your parties desires so we give grace to changes before 30 days of the event. If a large number drops off however we may change the vendor count coming to your event and we will discuss these changes if or when that may happen. However if you cancel a service or services within 30 days of the event, you are obligated to pay 50% of any cancelled service or services.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the wedding date are subject to pay 75% of the service cancelled. The bride is responsible for payments for all areas mentioned above. The deposit will be used towards this total.
We find that if a party loses some service request from their party, they can find other interested family member or friends to take that service in place of another who cancelled. Because we have a lot of requests for our services and especially during peak months we need to confirm with our vendors that book with your party, that these reservations are firm and/or that they will receive partial payment for any cancellations.
WHEN YOU PAY YOUR DEPOSIT THESE TERMS ARE ENFORCED;
Any service not paid for because of returned checks, charge issues for anyone using our services Bride or their representative will fall solely on the Bride to make a full payment within the week of notice, including bank or other related charges. Therefore, please pre-plan with your party to observe the above terms of payment directions.
We do not come with change to break bills, so correct change is necessary as well.
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP WITH THIS MATTER. WE HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THIRD PARTY CHECKS AND DELAYED PAYMENT ISSUES, THEREFORE THESE POLICIES ARE FIRM.
If any action at law or in equity is brought to enforce or interpret the provisions of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees in addition to any other relief to which he or she may be entitled.
The validity of this agreement and of any of its terms or provisions, as well as the rights and duties of the parties, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. It is agreed that the venue for any disputes pertaining to this agreement shall be Travis County, Texas.
In the event that any one or more of the provisions contained in this agreement shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceable shall not affect any other provisions, and the agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained in it.
This Contract represents the entire agreement between purchaser and AWH when AWH receives a Deposit paid by the client requesting services .
Any changes to this contract must be in writing, attached hereto and signed by both of the parties
Any reason that the service providers are unable to render services under reasons of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances client understands that all possible resources to retain replacement of
service providers will be given for the bride and her party.
She will be given notice at the earliest possible time.
We know this is one of the biggest days of your life and we truly appreciate that you will want all areas to go smoothly, and so we always try to honor all of your request, as planned out with us. Therefore, any reason that the service providers are unable to render services under reasons of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances; we want our clients to know that all possible resources to retain replacement service providers will be given for the bride and her party.. The bride or representative assigned will be given notice at the earliest possible time.
You understand that it is your responsibility to provide reachable names and numbers on or before the date of the wedding, to allow providers easy contact when issues arise such as directions needing to be clarified by the location staff or any contact person’s number you have given for these purposes. If contact cannot be made over remote location cell phone usage problems, wrong numbers given or other reasons that the service providers cannot control, tardiness or other issues that may arise from this lack of communication will be the sole responsibility of the bride seeking services on this contract.
